The fast-track for the migration of nurses from Turkey to Germany
We are looking for well-trained nurses in Turkey, training them as far as necessary in the country and deploying them as quickly as possible in German geriatric and nursing care. We are interested in a high level of quality – nursing specialists who can work together with their German colleagues on an equal basis as quickly as possible. Modern professionals who have already been able to take a look at the future topics of care, such as telemedicine, robotics, personalized medicine and AI. In order to realize the fast-track, we accompany applicants very closely throughout the entire process (and beyond) in cooperation with authorities, offices and future employers. In particular, we remove the formal obstacles at an early stage.
Who we are looking for
- Nursing studies (Vocational High School, Associate Degree)
- Minimum work experience 2 years
- Age preferably under 35 years
- Min. already German language level B1
- Prior Document Review
Our Clients
Our customers are all inpatient facilities in Germany (clinics, hospitals, rehabilitation facilities and nursing homes) with a focus on Baden-Württemberg.
This means that our customers come from the field of classic acute nursing as well as geriatric care. We follow a scalable approach that allows us to migrate even large numbers of skilled workers to Germany.
That’s why Turkey & Germany
Approximately 3 million people in Germany have their family or religious roots in Turkey (as of 2018). About half of them have German citizenship. About half of them were born in Germany. The average length of stay of Turkish migrants in Germany is 29.4 years.
In Turkey, on the other hand, there is a comparatively high level of unemployment, even among well-trained nurses. Many, especially young nurses from western Turkey, are intensively concerned with a (at least temporary) move abroad.
This results in the perfect match:
- There is an urgent need for nurses in Germany (in Baden-Württemberg alone, there will be a shortage of over 20,000 nurses by 2030)
- The citizens of Turkish origin in Germany from the earlier waves of migration are slowly reaching the age of chronic diseases – for them, ethnically appropriate nursing care (preferably by compatriots with their mentality) is urgently needed
- Job-seeking caregivers from Turkey can not only find attractive working conditions in Germany, but also established Turkish communities – settling in is easier and you can come to stay (and also fall in love)
